Attention to detail and a creative spirit have always driven Conrad Dekker. Having worked in a retail environment for over a decade, he rapidly climbed the ranks of the service industry and fully understands both the needs of the customer and the company, however his ultimate desire was to work in the competitive and exciting online world.
The most important decision Conrad made in his life was diving head first into the world of gluten free cooking.
“My father always loved to cook and that passion carried over into my adult life.” says Dekker. “Although I didn’t grow up gluten free, the transition for me was easy because I could bring the same passion for cooking and adjust it and make it gluten free.”
Conrad attended Sheridan College and graduated in 2009 at the top of his class with high honours. He also won several awards to complement his abilities.
