Ingredients
Dreamy Italian Dressing:

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta until just tender. Drain and cool. In an extra-large bowl, pour the dressing mix over the pasta and stir lightly. Combine any combination of the ingredients with the pasta mixture. For a higher protein salad be sure to include at least one of the meats and one cheese. Serves as many as you like. With a little additional milk.
Dreamy Italian Dressing:
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir with whisk. If mixture is thick, thin slightly with a little additional milk.
Variation:
  1. If you want to leave out one of the meats, try substituting a firm tofu soaked in a little gluten free soy sauce. This dish is good cold, or served warm. If you want a warm meal, don’t let the pasta cool much after cooking and add other ingredients immediately.
Variation 2:
  1. If you want, use a head (or more, depending on preference) of romaine lettuce to replace the pasta.
