  1. Lightly oil a bread pan
  2. Combine milk, honey and yeast. Let yeast bloom
  3. Sift flours together with xanthun gum, baking powder and salt.
  4. When yeast blooms add the vinegar, oil and eggs, stir well (you can use a mixer), add flour mixture and mix until you have a sticky dough.
  5. Place dough in the bread pan, place in a warm place to proof for 25 minutes or until just doubled. You can use a spatula or wet fingers to smooth the dough.
  6. Bake in a Pre-heated 350°F oven until the top is browned and the internal temperature is at least 200°F.
