Ingredients
- 1 cups 110°F milk
- 4 tbs Honey
- 2 tsp Dry Active Yeast
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cups Millet Flour
- 1 cups cups rice flour
- 1 tsp tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tbs Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Lightly oil a bread pan
- Combine milk, honey and yeast. Let yeast bloom
- Sift flours together with xanthun gum, baking powder and salt.
- When yeast blooms add the vinegar, oil and eggs, stir well (you can use a mixer), add flour mixture and mix until you have a sticky dough.
- Place dough in the bread pan, place in a warm place to proof for 25 minutes or until just doubled. You can use a spatula or wet fingers to smooth the dough.
- Bake in a Pre-heated 350°F oven until the top is browned and the internal temperature is at least 200°F.
