Pre-heat the oven to 400°F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a small bowl combine hot sauce and egg white. In another bowl combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dip chicken pieces into hot sauce mixture then dredge in breadcrumb mixture and place on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the melted margarine and bake until crispy and browned, turning once, 8 to 12 minutes. Serve with the dressing and celery.
