  1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Toss the dressing and noodles together and add the sesame seeds.
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
