Instructions
  1. Place the cod in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle the lemon and oil over, and season with the salt and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Heat an outdoor or indoor grill to medium-high. Meanwhile, stir together the herb butter ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Grill the fish until firm and white, and the edges begin to brown, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with the butter on top.
