Instructions
  1. Set breadmaker to 2 pound medium setting. Don't use the gluten free setting (if you have one.)
  2. Place the oats and milk in a bowl to soften oats. Set aside.
  3. In a 2 cup measuring cup, add the oil and honey. (To keep honey from sticking to spoon, dip spoon into oil first, then pour the honey into the spoon and pour directly into measuring cup.)
  4. Add the eggs and egg whites to the oil.
  5. Add enough warm water to fill the measuring cup to exactly 2 cups, then add 2 more tablespoons of warm water.
  6. Dump the water mixture into the bottom of the breadmaker. Add in the milk with oats.
  7. Pour the entire contents of bread mix into the breadmaker on top of the liquid.
  8. Sprinkle yeast packet over top of the bread mix.
  9. Start the cycle. When mixer first begins, use a spatula to scrape sides, to make sure all the flour gets mixed in well.
  10. Close the lid and leave closed until adding the fruit and nuts.
  11. Most breadmakers signal when it is time to add any fruits or nuts. Listen for this warning. It will occur after the second kneading and rest period, about 45 minutes after the cycle begins. Add the cranberries and nuts at the appropriate time.
