  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook a further minute.
  2. Stir in turkey and sprinkle with paprika. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in yogurt and continue to cook over very low heat until thickened and well heated through.
  4. Taste for additional seasoning and serve immediately.
