Pre-heat an oven broiler to high. Line a broiler pan with foil
and place the fish fillets in a single layer on the pan. Season
with salt and pepper. Drizzle the lemon juice over.
In a small bowl combine the crumbs and oregano. Pat onto
the top of the fish and drizzle the olive oil over.
Broil the fish, turning the pan occasionally to evenly cook, until
the fillets are firm and white, and the crumbs are brown, 3 to 5
minutes. Using a spatula, carefully transfer the cooked fillets to
a serving dish.
