Instructions
  1. Lightly oil a bread pan.
  2. Combine the water, milk, yeast and sugar. Allow the yeast to bloom.
  3. Combine the flours, xanthan gum, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add the eggs and butter to the bloomed yeast. Stir to combine and then add the flour mixture to make a thick sticky batter.
  5. Place dough in the bread pan, place in a warm place to proof for 25 minutes or until just doubled. You can use a spatula or wet fingers to smooth the dough.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until the top is browned and the internal temperature is at least 200°F. About 30-40 minutes
