Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Lightly oil a loaf pan.
  2. Sift together the flours, starches, flax meal, xanthan gum and salt, set aside.
  3. Combine the water, yeast and sugar. Let the yeast bloom. Add eggs, oil, molasses and vinegar. Add the flour mixture stirring well to make a smooth dough.
  4. Place the dough in the loaf pan. Cover and put in a very warm place to rise for about 45 minutes.
  5. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 35-40 minutes.
Optional:
  1. After the dough is in the loaf pan, sprinkle on a handful of a mixture of gluten free oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pine nuts or poppy seeds.

    Would you not be able to put some of those seeds into the bread mixture besides a few on the top – I find the ones on the top often fall off while slicing the bread – appreciate your comment on this. Thanks

      Hi Shirley,

      You can absolutely include any of those seeds inside of the dough of the recipe! When you are mixing the dough you can add the seeds and it will work out perfectly. Some people prefer a different texture to their bread. I prefer to have the seeds on the exterior but if you want to have them within then it will work out :)
