Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice Flour
- 1 cup Tapioca Flour
- 1 tbs instant yeast
- 2 tsp Gelatin unflavored
- 1 tbs Xanthan Gum
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup 110°F water
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F and lightly oil a large baking sheet.
- Sift together flours, yeast, gelatin, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar, set aside.
- Mix together the water, eggs, oil and vinegar. Add the flour. Mix very well to make a soft somewhat sticky dough.
- Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Add more water if it is too dry. The dough should be soft and sticky.
- Divide dough into 6 equal pieces and shape into buns. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake on the oven for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
