Sift together flour, starches, sugar, guar gum, xanthan gum,
yeast and salt.
Mix buttermilk, vinegar, oil and eggs together, add flour
mixture. Mix very well.
Liberally flour the counter and knead dough into a large ball.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
Shape the dough into a bun shape. Place dough on the
baking sheet, lightly brush each roll with oil and sprinkle with
sesame seeds. Place covered in a very warm area to rise for
45 minutes or until doubled in size.

buns are lightly golden brown.
