Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Honey Adjust up or down to suit
- 1/2 Cup Fresh lime juice Can use bottled
- 1 TBSP Minced scallion
- 1/2 Tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce Make Sure your brand is Gluten Free
- 1/8 Tsp coarsely ground black pepper

- Optional: Warm honey in a microwave oven or on your cooktop on low for about a minute, or until it thnis.. You don't have to warm the honey, but it really makes it come together nicely
- Whisk honey and lime juice together until well mixed and almost lightly frothy.
- Add Worcestershire and whisk until well blended.
- Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or room temperature.
- You can make in a mason jar and simply lid and place in fridge.
