Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa well. Combine it with the water and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Pour the quinoa in a large bowl. Combine it with the remaining ingredients while still warm.
  3. Serve warm or chilled.
