  1. Heat the broth in a medium-size saucepan over high heat until it simmers. Ladle about 1/2 cup of hot broth into a measuring cup, add the miso, and stir with a fork to combine well. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan, add the tofu and scallions, stir well, and simmer for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
