  1. Combine the millet, rice and tapioca flour with the ground flax, sugar and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until combined.
  2. Add the egg and the butter, pulse until the mixture is pea sized and crumbly.
  3. Add water until mixture just holds together. Wrap in plastic and place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
