  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a large baking sheet.
  2. Sift flours together and set aside.
  3. Bring water and butter to a boil in a large heavy bottomed pot. Once water boils add flour. Use a heavy spoon to stir. The flour, butter and water will turn into a ball and roll around the pot. Turn the heat off and let the dough cool for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, incorporating each egg before adding the next, mix very well.
  5. You can drop the dough onto the baking sheet by the spoonful, or place in a pastry bag and pipe the dough into any shape you want.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown
