Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Large Egg Yolk only
- 1 tsp Canned Truffles Chopped
- 1 tsp Truffle Paste
- 1 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbs White Truffle Oil
- 1/2 Cup Juice from canned Truffles
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, egg yolk, canned truffles, truffle paste, red wine vinegar, white truffle oil, juice from canned truffles and extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve over your favorite salad.
