Pre-heat oven to 300°F. Lightly oil a 10 inch spring form pan.
Combine 2 tablespoons of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1
teaspoon cinnamon. Toss in apples and nuts, mix well.
Combine remaining flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon
and salt. Add eggs, coconut oil (melted), butter, apple juice, and vanilla extract.
Mix until batter is smooth.
Using about 1/3 of apple/nut mixture place apple on the
bottom of the pan, being careful to keep a 1 inch border in
from the edge of the pan. Pour half of the batter in the pan,
