- 1/2 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 Tbs Shallot Minced
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Soybean Oil
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, shallot, salt, pepper, soybean oil and vegetable oil. Mix well.
- Serve over your favorite salad.
