Generally, when I hear chicken burger I think deprivation. Eat the chicken rather than the juicy ground angus with sharp cheddar, bacon bourbon relish, wilted kale and red onion burger. Chicken burgers are tasteless, dry and chewy. But not this one! The egg adds moisture and the almond flour helps hold that moisture and get rid of the chewy. You will not regret pan frying in butter or brushing some on if you’re grilling. And you can add the fixings, too!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken ground
- 1/2 cup Scallions chopped
- 4 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Cumin
- 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 Egg

Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients ( works best with hands)
- Shape into patties (will be sticky, wet hands with water before shaping each one)
- Heat a pan, add a little olive oil.
- Pan fry until done. About 3-5 on each side, depending on thickness of patty.
