Toss the corn flour with the salt and slowly add the hot water,
until you have a smooth ball of dough. Divide the dough into
10-12 equal pieces and roll them out into thin disks.
Heat a large heavy skillet on the stovetop and add the
tortillas. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they begin to
brown. You can keep these warm in the oven. You can also
cut them into shapes and bake in the oven to make tortilla
chips (spray with a little vegetable oil).
