We grill out as much as we can so there is less mess and we are outside more. We like to have friends over and let all the kids run around the backyard while we prep and grill and visit and then just do casual style eating outside. (Can you really call it al fresco when there are 4-year-olds involved?) I like these because it’s a little more than a plain old burger and our non-red-meat-eating friends enjoy them. They also enjoy the skinny margaritas we pour alongside. They are good friends that way 😉
