Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Sunbutter creamy
- 6 Tbsp. Oil use a neutral tasting oil
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 tsp. Soy Sauce make sure it's gluten-free, most aren't!
- 1 package tri-color coleslaw mix 1 and 1/5 pound bag, or 4 cups shredded cabbage and 1 cup shredded carrots
- dash Pepper
- dash salt Kosher or fine sea salt
- 2 Green Onions finely sliced
- 1 tsp. Sesame seeds

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine the Sunbutter, grape seed oil, rice vinegar, honey and soy sauce, whisk together until smooth. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Refrigerate until serving time, up to 4 hours. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
