I have a confession. I get tired of salmon. I know it is good for me, but I find it often boring. My husband gets great deals on Wild Sockeye Salmon at Costco. He brings home bags with lots of fish… to grill for me… This recipe can be quickly done inside or on the grill and adds a perky pick me up to boring salmon. (Sorry, honey.)
