Ingredients
- 2 cups Millet Flour
- 1 cup Brown Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Potato Starch
- 1/2 cup Tapioca Starch
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbs Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Xanthan Gum

- Sift all ingredients together, store in an airtight container.
