Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Millet Flour
- 2 tbs Rice Flour
- 2 tbs Tapioca Flour
- 3 tbs ground flax
- 1 tbs Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 sticks very cold butter
- 2 to 4 tbs ice water

Instructions
- Combine the millet, rice and tapioca flour with the ground flax, sugar and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until combined.
- Add the egg and the butter, pulse until the mixture is pea sized and crumbly.
- Add water until mixture just holds together. Wrap in plastic and place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
