  1. Sift the flours with xanthan gum, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat together the milk and egg. Add the milk mixture and melted butter to the flours and stir.
  3. Using your hands form the dough into a ball until it is smooth. The dough is now ready to be rolled out.
