  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. On top of the stove, melt the butter and brown the boar sprinkling the spices in when about 2/3 cooked. Salt and Pepper liberally during cooking. Remove from heat.
  3. Grease a medium casserole dish with coconut oil -- bottom and sides. Sprinkle about a third of the Parmesan on the bottom. This forms almost a thin crust whne cooked.
  4. Put a single layer of tots on the bottom of the dish on top of the parmesan layer.
  5. Layer in the boar, followed by a layer of Ricotta. Then layer remaining tots. Don't worry if this layer is sparse. make of layer of the Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Layer the strips of cooked bacon onto the Sharp Cheddar layer.
  6. Sprinkle the Feat crumbles very liberally all over the casserole. Top the Feta with Parmesan layer using remainder of Parmesan.
