- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
- Pre-heat Oven to 350°F, lightly oil a baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Trim and chop the cauliflower, pulse it in a food processor until it is small rice sized pieces.
- Place the cauliflower in a medium saucepan with about 1 cup of water, simmer until the cauliflower is soft, drain the water.
- Combine the cauliflower, the eggs, the Parmesan and the seasonings in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
- Press the cauliflower dough onto the pan, keep it thin and smooth. Par bake for 4-6 minutes, then add toppings and bake for an additional 18-22 minutes until toppings are done.
