- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tbs flax seeds
- 2 tbs psyllium seed powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
- Combine flour, flax, psyllium, salt, and baking powder in a bowl, stir in eggs and and greek yogurt, mix well. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough in to 4 pieces and shape into hot dog buns.
- Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes.
